The Banks at
Roselawn West

As I already manage their main site, the owner of Bace Build approached me to also build the website for their new property The Banks at Roselawn West. The branding, already designed, was modern and abstract, so the request was that the website followed the same path.

web design + development

development

Since this The Banks was a brand new development, the goal of the site was to provide a clean user experience, provide succinct information about the new property, and have a large focus on the imagery provided by the design team.

We started with wireframes outlining the structure of the site and organizing relevant content based on desired user interaction and flow.

combining usability
and aesthetics

The Banks website was built with mobile first in mind as most individuals tend to start their apartment or new home search on their phones.

Based on these findings, I designed a digital experience that is both aesthetically pleasing as well as easy to navigate by the older and newer generations.

the digital
experience

The website echoes the proposed building’s angular architecture and sharp industrial lines, while providing an easy way for prospective visitors and investors to access relevant information and reach out if they are interested in the property.
